Boy in Critical Condition after Crash

A 10-year-old boy from Orange County is now hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by a drunk driver. The boy and his older brother where in Santa Ana crossing 17th Street and Cabrillo Park Drive. A driver failed to stop at the light and hit the smaller child, throwing him several feet in the air. He has been transported to Western Medical Center in critical condition. The driver was arrested for felony DUI.
